TESTIMONIALS
I wanted to say thank you for matching me up with Rebecca for therapy. As I had so many different worries that tapped into so many different "types" of anxiety, I honestly didn't know how I would ever be able to work through them. However, over time, Rebecca has helped me learn how all of my different worries/ways of thinking are linked and I've developed lots of new tools to help me better manage my anxiety and overthinking. I was in one of the most anxious and subsequently lowest headspaces I'd ever been in when I sought support, and now I'm feeling so much happier and stronger! Anonymous.
