Satwant is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Supervisor & Trainer. He has completed the advanced training in EMDR and compassion Focussed Therapy. He is an accredited Interpersonal Psychotherapist, Cognitive Behavioural Couples Therapist and Supervisor. He Satwant has been an accredited CBT therapist since 1995 and has extensive experience of working with a wide range of psychological disorders.
Work experience past and current
Satwant is currently a Nurse Consultant in CBT and Consultant Clinical Supervisor in the NHS. He facilitates workshops both nationally and internationally.
Satwant has a special interest and a great deal of experience in treating anxiety disorders, OCD and Obsessional Disorders, low self-esteem, trauma and hoarding disorder. He also has training and experience in working with Psychosis.
Satwant has attended training both in the UK and USA and runs CBT training worldwide.

My therapy sessions with Satwant have really helped me in overcoming my anxiety and also dealing with the underlying emotional issues. Mr Satwant Singh has been treating me for depression and anxiety. I have had ten sessions with him all of which have been extremely helpful. Satwant knew how to help me during each phase of the treatment by giving me behavioural and cognitive techniques to work on from week to week. I was then able to apply these techniques when I felt in ‘crisis ‘or distressed. This enabled me to gradually move on because I had better insight and understanding. Satwant was extremely empathetic and sympathetic whilst at the same time showing me how to deal in a positive and logical way with problems. He also allowed me to call him if I had a problem and needed to talk to him. Satwant Singh is the best and most informed therapist I have ever seen. I felt completely confident that I was with someone who knew what he was doing and who was able to respond effectively to my needs. I hope I won’t need any more therapy when this course of treatment is finished but if I do I would certainly choose Satwant without a doubt. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
