COVID 19
The Coronavirus pandemic has understandably caused anxiety, stress and uncertainty to many people and society has had to get used to a “new normal”.
For some people existing worries or difficulties have worsened and others are developing new and distressing symptoms due to needing to deal with the unknown, loneliness and isolation.
In this context therapists have had to adapt and start offering remote therapy by online platforms like Skype, Zoom etc. We understand that both for therapists and clients this might have felt unfamiliar and they might have been concerned that the quality of the therapy might be affected. For many of us however it was a smooth transition as we have been offering online therapy to some of our clients for years. Being a specialist therapy practice means clients have sought our services not only outside of London but also from abroad.
You can be confident that having online or telephone therapy with us will not affect the quality of care you receive.
